Refund & Return Policy (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as required by EU consumer protection rules.
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Certain items such as personal care products, swimwear, or custom items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or personalization reasons.
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
